We would like to take this opportunity to provide some important notices regarding the closure of the Loki Store in this edition of the event.
We reinforce our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our players and want to ensure that everyone is aware of this closure in advance. We understand that some items in the Loki Store can be valuable, and we want to give everyone a chance to enjoy them before they become unavailable.
For this reason, it is important that you carefully read the information contained in this notice.
End of Loki Store and Last Deadline for Redemptions
On 07/15/2023, the Loki Store will be removed, resulting in the unavailability of redemptions contained therein. Therefore, we request that all players make their redemptions by 07/14/2023.
It is crucial to point out that, after the closure of the Loki Store, it will not be possible to redeem items contained therein, not even through our Technical Support. Therefore, we once again reinforce that all players carry out the necessary redemptions by 07/14/2023.
It is also important to note that any remaining balances in the Loki Store will be cleared after the store closes. It is therefore critical that all players take advantage of these last days of store availability and make their redemptions until the stipulated deadline to avoid any loss of balance or unredeemed items.
Validity of items obtained from the Loki Store

After Weekly Maintenance
Any item obtained from the Loki Store that is not mentioned as an exception in the Rules released with the launch of that store will be deleted during the weekly maintenance that will take place on 07/20, and it is important to note that the Spirit Seals, Season Weapons and Armors will also be deleted.
Only mounts, costumes, mount costumes, weapon costumes, God2 Weapons and Armors, Bahamut Accessories, and Amunla Stones purchased from the Loki Store will not be deleted on the above maintenance date.
Therefore, it is necessary to use all items purchased at the Loki Store before the maintenance on 07/20. After that period, it will not be possible to recover or restore any items that have been deleted, not even through our Technical Support.
- The Loki Store will be removed on 7/15/2023, with no further redemptions possible.
- Perform all necessary redemptions in the Loki Store by 7/14/2023.
- It will not be possible to make redemptions after closing, not even through our Technical Support.
- Remaining balances in the Loki Store will be deleted upon closure.
- Use items purchased from the Loki Store before the maintenance time on 7/20/2023.
- With the exception of mounts, costumes, mount costumes, God2 Weapons and Armor, Bahamut Accessories and Amunla Stones, all other items will be deleted
- Spirit Seals, Season Weapons and Season Armors will also be erased.
- It will not be possible to recover deleted items, not even through our Technical Support.
