Hello, Wydians
It is with great pleasure that we would like to introduce you to the new update to the guild and war system. In this update we wish:
First, increase the frequency of wars. It has been some time since Tower Wars underwent updates and as other systems evolved, its dynamics became less compatible with Kersef's scenario.
Second, increase the sense of reward for owning a guild and participating in wars. After listening to the community, we understand that the current system only provides competitiveness for a group of guilds, providing little incentive for smaller guilds to develop.
Additionally, we understand that some players may be a little unhappy that this update took a little longer than expected, but we wanted to clarify that this is our main focus at this time.
Attention
All updates on this page are in the testing phase.
We are listening to the community and reflecting on possible changes suggested by you, so feel free to share opinions, feedback, suggestions and questions.
Influence System
Guild influence indicates the degree of activity of a guild. When its members participate in dynamics and quests, they contribute to increasing influence. To be considered an active guild, you must have at least a certain amount of influence.
To perform most guild actions, such as staking a guild zone, owning a territory, or obtaining Guild Coins, you must have guild has a minimum amount of influence, making it essential that its members are truly active in Kersef.
Fame System
A guild's Fame represents a guild's success in GvG activities. The better the results obtained during the week's activities, the greater the Fame balance that the guild has.
It is through this balance that guilds can perform actions, such as proposing themselves as a challenger to a guild zone.
Guild Coins System
Guild Coin and Guild Shop are a system of exclusive rewards for guild members who achieved better performances during the week in gaining influence.
Tower Warfare System
The War of Towers is a battle that takes place daily around Erion and Azran, with the aim of acquiring Fame Guild for your Guild. It is one of the main sources of fame on the continent.
F.A.Q.
- What will change in the system of Influence?
After the update, instead of restarting every Monday, the influence of each guild will be the result of the average influence generated in the last 7 days.
- What will change in the Guild Fame system?
After the update, guilds that own Noatun Castles will not receive 200 bonus fame on Monday. Furthermore, Fame can be converted into Guild Coin by the leader of each Guild.
- Guild Coins can only be obtained by guilds with guild zones?
No. After the update, any guild that has a minimum of 1,000 influence points and at least 50 Fame points will be able to convert it into Guild Coins on Sunday.
- What is the conversion rate for Fame to Guild Coins?
10%. In other words, for every 10 points of Fame the guild will generate 1 Guild Coin.
- How much Fame do I get for defeating a Tower?
20 Fame points. When you defeat a tower, your guild will immediately receive 20 Fame points.
- My Guild has Guild Zones, do I receive any bonus when obtaining Guild Coins?
Yes. Each territory will guarantee a bonus when converting Fame into Guild Coins.
- My Guild has a lot of Influence points, will we be rewarded in some way?
Yes. The amount of influence possessed by a guild guarantees bonuses in Guild Coins for the guild during the conversion of Fame into Guild Coins.
- What will change in the Guild Shop system?
This update is in the internal concept phase, however, we would like to know more about what players would like to see present in the mall, exclusive or otherwise.
- Will guilds with little or no influence be able to participate in the Tower War?
No. Only guilds that have active members will be able to participate in the War.
- Will I be able to change the registration channel during Tower Wars?
No. Once registered on a channel, the guild will only be able to access the war map there.
- Is the Tower Wars registration only made on one day and valid for the whole week?
No. A new registration must be made each day.
- Does the Tower Wars record have any restrictions?
No. Any guild can register on any channel. Just use the 'Declaration of War' item on the channel where you want to register.
- Is there any difference between participating in Channel 1, 2, 3 or 4?
No. The dynamics on all channels will be the same.
- How will registration be carried out in the Tower Wars?
Through the item "Towers' Declaration of War" which can be obtained once a day, for free, by guilds that have the minimum influence to participate.
- To register my guild do I need to talk to NPC Fjor?
No. It only serves to inform players of the number of guilds registered on the channel and where their guild is registered.
- Only the leader can register the guild?
No. Leaders or sub-leaders will be able to register their guild in the Tower War.
- How will the item "Declaration of War" be obtained?
The item can be obtained once a day, for free, by guilds that have the minimum influence to participate.
- When placing city bets will I spend my guild's Fame balance?
You will need to have at least 100 Fame to bet on a city. The winning guild will not lose or gain any fame. However, the losing guild beyond the territory will also lose 50 Fame.
- Will guild Fame balance continue to reset every week?
Yes. Every Monday, however, only guilds with 50 Guild Fame or more will be reset.
Sincerely,
WYD Team
We are checking with the developer the possibility of a new mechanic, "Thirst for Revenge".
When registering on a channel, each guild will have a balance of defeated towers. When the balance of a guild is lower than the balance of the guild that defeated the most towers in the channel, all players from that guild who are within the war map will receive the effect of the "Thirst for Revenge" buff.
It will increase the character's absorption proportionally to the difference in balance, thus increasing the challenge for guilds with better performance and bringing greater competitiveness to guilds with lower performance.
→ This dynamic is still under analysis and may or may not be implemented. It may have its effects in the way we announce it or not.
