Search Details

We are constantly looking for ways to improve our game and better understand our players and their preferences. This helps us create an experience together that truly resonates with you, offering the best gaming environment possible.

For this reason, we extend a special invitation for you to take approximately 7 minutes to share your opinions with us through a survey. This time, our focus will be on general aspects of the game, RaidHut, the Lucky Teleport, and the Daily Check-in, as we are committed to understanding your perspective and experience. The goal is to use this valuable feedback to drive continuous improvements.

We are implementing a new metrics building and analysis process to continually improve the Kersef universe and RaidHut, based on your experiences and feedback. The more involvement we have in this research, the more accurate the information collected will be, allowing us to focus on meaningful improvements to the game and its gameplay.
