We have identified an unavailability in the payment gateway responsible for the PIX and Bank Slip payment methods. We have already contacted the responsible company directly and have been informed that it is an internal problem affecting their entire infrastructure.

Currently, we are awaiting the complete normalization of the service by the provider. As soon as we receive confirmation of stability, we will immediately inform the entire community.
