Our team acted immediately: we directly demanded improvements from our infrastructure provider and restored the game at 9:47 PM (in just 12 minutes), with all channels operating normally.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand how much unexpected interruptions disrupt your gameplay and routine.

Since the server was restored, we have initiated a detailed investigation to map and address any potential impacts generated by the sudden outage.
