There was instability in the servers, and so the technical support team began its activities seeking to diagnose and resolve the situation in the safest and fastest way possible, which resulted in the reestablishment of the servers last night.

We will continue to monitor to act promptly if necessary.

If there has been a problem with your account, please contact our support and we will analyze what happened.

Due to this situation, the Lucky Teleport Event did not occur at the scheduled time (07:30 PM ~ 08:00 PM GMT-3), so we will make compensation.
