We know that disconnection issues are still impacting the experience for many players, and we deeply apologize for this. Our team remains fully committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible. Since the beginning of this instability, we have worked tirelessly, conducting constant testing, analysis, and adjustments to identify the root cause of the problem and minimize the impacts to you. We would like to thank again for the patience and support of everyone who continues to send us detailed reports and suggestions. This collaboration has been essential in guiding our next steps.

After extensive investigation, we've identified that a possible solution involves changing our server hosting location, as we mentioned in our previous statement. Therefore, we're preparing a test environment (Sandbox) to evaluate the feasibility of migrating our servers to another location. The main objective of this test is to confirm whether this change actually contributes to connection stability. In practical terms, this change tends to improve the game's connection, making it more responsive and stable.

To this end, we plan to subject the Sandbox to various testing scenarios and invite you all to actively participate in this experimental phase. It will be an opportunity for us to work together to improve the game: the more players test different situations, the more data we will have to ensure nothing goes unnoticed. In other words, community collaboration is essential to achieving the best results.

We'll soon be releasing all the details about the Sandbox: duration, participation rules, gameplay dynamics, and even special prizes for those who contribute. Stay tuned to our official channels for full instructions on how to participate.

What we are doing now

  • Our technical team, in partnership with the infrastructure provider, is finalizing the initial configuration of this new server. This work is our top priority at this time.
  • Once the configuration is ready, we'll run a battery of internal tests to ensure everything works properly. We want to be completely confident in its stability before involving the community.
  • At the same time, we're preparing the Sandbox environment to be as complete as possible. It will soon be ready for testing.
  • Our goal is to make this test environment available as soon as possible. We're committed to opening the Sandbox this week if everything goes according to plan. We'll provide a specific announcement with the full timeline soon.

Next steps

  • After the community testing phase, we will carefully collect and analyze all data on performance, latency, and stability.
  • Once we see a significant improvement in connections, we will immediately begin the official process of migrating WYD Global to this new server.
    • The migration won't change your gameplay. We'll do everything during scheduled maintenance, led entirely by our team. You won't need to take any action. Your account, characters, items, and progress will be preserved exactly as they were at the time of the migration.
  • Until then, we'll continue monitoring and adjusting current routes as much as possible, maintaining transparency on each progress. Our infrastructure and support teams are working closely together, often overtime, to ensure you have the best possible gaming experience.

We know many of you have faced frequent disconnections in recent days, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the frustration this has generated. Rest assured our team is working tirelessly to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, and we appreciate everyone’s patience.

After a tireless and technically challenging effort, we have made progress in investigating the issue. We identified that the disconnections are related to specific internet routes used by two large national operators. Therefore, players whose connections pass through these routes may experience intermittent instability. It is worth noting that our servers and internal services have remained stable in all tests conducted so far. We continue collecting evidence to request improvements from our infrastructure partners and to ensure we mitigate the situation until a solution is implemented.

What we’ve already done

  • We applied optimizations to connection routes and traffic prioritization on our side, which has already reduced the frequency of disconnections for part of the player base.
  • We expanded performance data collection and real-time monitoring. We have already analyzed the connection logs collected and are monitoring traffic data, mapping patterns of times and the most affected regions.
  • We ran controlled tests to validate hypotheses, measuring in real time the impact of each change implemented.

What we are doing now

  • We are working with our infrastructure partner to optimize internet routes and direct interconnections between networks, focusing on the problematic points identified.
  • We are evaluating new alternatives, including the possible relocation of server hosting to another region, if this brings an effective stability gain for affected players while maintaining our standards of resilience and security, continuity and protection of the infrastructure, as well as potential additional benefits such as more efficient routes, greater redundancy, and better performance under load.
  • We continue testing gradual configuration adjustments, always with strict risk control. Any higher-impact intervention will be communicated in advance so that everyone is prepared and informed.

Next steps

  • We will continue implementing improvements as soon as they are validated in our internal testing environments. Each adjustment confirmed as beneficial will be applied as quickly as possible.
  • If we confirm significant stability gains, we will consider relocating some services to a region more favorable to the affected routes, in order to permanently optimize the connection of impacted players.

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience players have been experiencing with the recent disconnections. We understand how this impacts your experience and want you to know that resolving this issue is our top priority at this time. Our investigation remains active and is at the highest level of urgency.

We've conducted extensive checks and tests on all our servers and services. To date, we haven't found any apparent internal issues. However, this doesn't mean the issue has been resolved. On the contrary, we continue to monitor everything in real time and investigate other possible external causes (such as internet routing and ISP instability) to identify the root cause of the disconnections. In parallel, we've implemented immediate mitigation measures to try to reduce the impact and improve game stability while the investigation continues.

We deeply thank the community for the countless reports, incident times, screenshots, short videos, and suggestions sent so far. This active support has been essential for validating scenarios and prioritizing adjustments. Please know that every piece of information shared helps us get closer to resolving the issue.
