An error was identified with the text that is displayed by Challenge NPCs, this error meant that the name of the winning guilds did not appear correctly. Our team has already forwarded the problem to the game developer and we will have the solution soon. To avoid further damage to guilds who have made challenges, we will release a list of guilds that have won the challenges in each city.
