Hello everyone, regarding the incident that occurred on 09/13 during the evening.

Last Sunday, we received reports about an incident that took place during the night in the city of Armia. The investigation and resolution of the case were handled with the highest priority by our team and, in the interest of transparency, we would like to provide a clarification to the entire community.

We identified that this instability was triggered by an atypical interaction with the server and, consequently, affected the War taking place in the city, compromising the participation of a significant portion of the players involved.

In light of the incident we have decided to apply bans to the identified parties responsible and their associated accounts.

Furthermore, as part of the measures adopted in response to the impact of the incident on the outcome of the recent territory dispute, we have applied a corrective measure for the guild IMPÉRIO, directly affected by the issue:

• We have restituted the Fame lost up to the maximum permitted weekly limit.
• We have granted the Guild Coins corresponding to the potential victory, given that a fair outcome was rendered unviable.
• The current guild owner of the city was not penalized or altered in any aspect, also maintaining the outcome of the potential victory.

We would like to reinforce that the issue has already been resolved and that we are continuously enhancing the security of the System as a whole. Furthermore, we will not tolerate any type of action that compromises the integrity of the disputes. We will continue to act with strict measures whenever this type of behavior is identified.
