Conduct and Coexistence Policies - 09/24/2026

Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment and violence of any kind across WYD Global.

The WYD Global team reinforces that any form of stalking, harassment, verbal abuse, sexism, racism, xenophobia or social discrimination will not be tolerated in the game or in its official channels. Players who engage in such conduct are subject to strict measures.

Recently, we have observed an increase in situations that harm coexistence in our interaction spaces. Therefore, we make it clear that the following conduct is prohibited in all environments connected to WYD Global, both within the game, including chats and guilds, and in the official channels managed by the team, such as Discord, the forum and official social media pages:

• Stalking, harassment and intimidation of any kind.
• Verbal abuse, threats and personal insults.
• Sexist or misogynistic insults, or any form of violence against women.
• Racism and racial slurs.
• Xenophobia, whether based on nationality, state or region of origin.
• Discrimination based on social class, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or any other condition.

Many of these behaviors are not only against our rules but are also crimes under Brazilian law.

We once again reaffirm our commitment to acting firmly in all cases involving players, especially those who use our spaces and communication channels as a means to offend others, in order to ensure a healthy gaming environment for everyone.

Each case will be reviewed individually by the team, and the penalty will be determined according to the severity of the conduct and the player's history. Measures may include a warning, muting, temporary suspension of game access, removal from official channels and permanent account ban. Conduct considered serious may result in a permanent account ban on the first offense.

Players who disagree with the measure applied may request a review through the support channel.

We also inform that, in the event of any investigations conducted by competent authorities regarding conduct carried out within our services, we may cooperate with the authorities in accordance with applicable law, including by providing information when there is a legal basis to do so.

In addition, we are continuously implementing measures to improve the identification and handling of these situations, strengthening our moderation mechanisms and improving the reporting channels available to players.

WYD Global is a space for competition, strategy and community. Rivalry is part of the game, but it ends where disrespect for the dignity of others begins. We ask everyone to use common sense and remember that behind every character there is a real person. These behaviors must not be reproduced here or in any other social setting.

If you witness or are the victim of any of these behaviors, report it through our support channel clicking here.

To help us review conduct that occurs in the game, we recommend sending a full-screen screenshot of the game containing:

• Visible date and time: press the Insert key.
• Visible game channel: open the minimap by pressing the M key.
• The reported conduct clearly captured in the image.

For conduct that occurs on Discord, the forum or official pages, whenever possible, send a screenshot of the message, the message link and the name or ID of the user responsible.

Whenever possible, also provide the names of the characters involved and any other details that may help with the investigation. All reports will be reviewed by the team based on the available records.

We ask that screenshots and data of other players not be shared publicly. Please send them only through the official support channel.

The conduct described in this notice is already prohibited by the WYD Global Code of Conduct, which applies to all players. Further updates on moderation tools will be shared in this space.
