Hello dear players,
In order to strengthen contact with players and maximize dialogue with the GMs and all guilds in the game, we are launching for you a new initiative called:
Sign up for your guild and chat with Game Masters!
Which is?
GuildChat is an initiative to enable any guild to have direct and personalized contact with GMs to discuss suggestions, criticisms and questions, and come up with ideas for server improvement.
This September, the team will make available dates and times for chat with guilds, to participate is very easy, just schedule an available date through the booking form.
Each conversation will be around 1 hour long and will be held once per guild.
How to participate?
To sign up for your guild it is recommended that the guild leader fill out the form and set a date for the conversation.
Follow the steps below to register your guild:
1 - Access the booking form HERE
2 - Enter the requested data, such as guild name, Leader Discord and Sub Leader.
3 - Choose desired day and time from the pre-selected dates.
4 - Send your answer.
How will it work?
Once we have collected the answers, the team will contact the leaders who answered the scheduling form and we will confirm the scheduling, and the date may be corrected if necessary.
2 days prior to the chat, GM will create a closed Discord channel with the Leader and Sub-Leader, the leader can add members of their Guild who wish to participate. Leaders can add up to 10 members to the conversation to hear the conversation with GMs.
In order to maintain a more organized conversation, only Leaders and Sub-Leaders will be able to use the voice channel to talk to GMs.
The conversations will have a maximum duration of 1 hour and the feedbacks of the topics discussed will be updated gradually in the server patchlists.
NOTE: If it is not possible for the guild to chat in Discord, the team can join the conversation through other existing channels.
Recommendations:
In order to create an effective and fruitful dialogue environment, the team recommends that:
- The leader and guild members create a document with the desired agenda, clearly describing the suggestions, criticisms, and ideas that will be discussed.
- Chat is respectful and polite so that GMs can interact with players in the best way possible.
- Players follow the patchlists where they will be gradually added to the available updates of the topics discussed.
