Statement
In order to prioritize resolving the recent technical challenges that impacted our server, we made the decision to suspend the WYD News live stream that was scheduled to take place today.
We firmly believe that focusing our efforts on fully restoring services is the most responsible course of action at this time.
We understand the expectations that many of you had for this event, not only for the informative content, but also for the rewards associated with holding it.
In recognition of this, as a form of gratitude for the understanding and patience shown, and as one of the forms of compensation for what happened, we decided to grant our valuable community the maximum prize that could be achieved during the live. We believe this is the fair way to appreciate the support of all of you.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and support during these times. Stay tuned to our official platforms for future updates and know that we are working tirelessly to reestablish the service with the quality and stability that you deserve.
