Note - Technical issue with Package III

This Friday night, the sale of promotional packages for the Recharge Awarded event - Dragon’s Forge was released. However, this Saturday morning (12/17) a problem was found in Package III which, instead of delivering x12 Silver Bar (100kk) was delivering x12 Silver Bar (1 billion), a value ten times higher.

This same Package III was made available in past promotional actions and, in all of them, the amount offered was the same as disclosed in the current event - x12 Silver Bars (100kk). Due to a specific technical problem, only in the current event, the system delivered the quantity greater than the due.

The team acted quickly to fix the problem and avoid any kind of impact to the community and the game economy. Some of the accounts involved were temporarily able to make blocked exchanges so that the appropriate deductions could be made, but very soon they will be back to normal.


Removal of values

The accounts that purchased the aforementioned package had the excess gold obtained removed. In cases where the gold was not fully contained in the account, items of the same value were withdrawn.

Game economy

This action is necessary, mainly, to avoid any kind of impact on the game's economy, which could affect all other players. However, it is important to note that the irregularly entered amount is minimal compared to the total amount in the game. Still, the removal procedure is necessary to avoid any kind of disadvantage to other players.

Boosted reward

As compensation for the problem that occurred, a decision was made to increase the amount offered in package III from x12 Silver Bars (100kk) to x24 Silver Bars (100kk) for the next purchases that were made and also for the next ones that will be.

*Those who purchased the package and received only 12x Silver Bars (100kk) will soon receive + 12 units of the item.
