Hello Wydians,
The launch of WYD Global was a success and the first weekend was marked by a lot of nostalgia and re-encounters. This was only possible with the confidence of all of you, and that is how we will recreate the golden times of WYD around the world! To provide an even more fluid experience for the community, our team spent the weekend collecting feedbacks and we are already working on correcting some of the points that have been reported to you. Check below the main ones:
The game freezes while selecting the character
Some players reported that the game closes by selecting the character and clicking "connect". We are already working on correcting this problem with Joyimpact and we will have news very soon. In the meantime, you can use the following tips to mitigate the problem:
Tip 1
-> Create another character in the same account, click connect in-game with the new character, and then go back to character selection to choose your main character
Tip 2
-> Try restarting the computer
Game launcher does not start
Some players who use windows in languages other than Portuguese and English are having trouble starting the launcher. Our team is already testing a fix for this issue and it will be available very soon in a new installer. In the meantime, you can work around this problem by accessing WYD.exe directly in the folder where the game was installed (C:\Games\WYD\Global).
Problem with "Grade D" price
Currently the price displayed in item "Grade D" is being displayed incorrectly, our team has already corrected the problem and the patch will be applied in the next update. If you have purchased the item and want the refund, please contact support for the item to be deleted and the returned gold returned.
Upload guildMark
The guildmark upload system is under test and will be available shortly.
Droplist
Initially, we opted to keep droplist disabled to encourage exploration and discovery of drops by the players themselves. Soon, we will start releasing the drops of some maps of the game to facilitate the discovery of these drops.
